J.D. Runnels graduated from Carl Albert High School in 2002. He started 4 years for the University of Oklahoma football team and left as an All-Big 12 Fullback after the 2005 Holiday Bowl and received his Bachelor’s Degree. He played 4 years in the NFL and was part of the 2006 NFC Champion Chicago Bears.

J.D. specializes in speed, strength and conditioning, weight loss/gain and football training.
