			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Downtown Fitness is now offering <strong>&#8220;Get Physical!&#8221; Bootcamp Programs</strong>.  You DO NOT have to be a member to participate.</p>
<p>Why our Bootcamps are different:</p>
<ul>
<li>We are climate controlled.</li>
<li>Our instructors are Nationally Certified.</li>
<li>The programs are operated through a professional facility.</li>
<li>You may relax knowing where you money is going.</li>
<li>We have on-site lockers and showers.</li>
<li>We have the ability to help you build lean muscle tissue because we have free/machine weights on-site.</li>
<li>8 person maximum per class, offering more one-on-one attention.</li>
<li>We conduct Body Fat/scale weigh-ins.</li>
<li>You will receive a starting and ending point.</li>
</ul>
<p>The programs run between 4 and 8 weeks and are held Monday through Saturday. The cost ranges between $200-$250 and must be paid before the first class for your spot to be reserved.  Please call Downtown Fitness of Norman (405.801.2927) for further information.</p>

<p><em>Fitness Training Tip of the Month</em>: For the first thirty minutes after a workout your body is still ready to exercise; your muscles have been innervated, they are ready to fire (workout) when you say so, and are not ready to begin repairing yet. Consume your post-workout protein beverage 30 min to 1 hour after your workout. Doing so will help your muscles rebuild during their primetime rebuilding process and maximize the benefits of the protein you&#8217;re taking. After 2-3 hours, you should consume a regular meal (with protein in it) to continue aiding in the muscle rebuilding process.  <br />

<h2>Preparation</h2>
<p>Preheat oven to 350°.</p>
<p>Place flaxseed in a clean coffee grinder or blender; process until coarsely ground. Lightly spoon flour into dry measuring cups; level with a knife. Combine flaxseed, flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl; make a well in center of mixture. Beat cream cheese and the next 5 ingredients (cream cheese through egg white); stir in sweet potato. Add to the flour mixture, stirring just until moist.</p>
<p>Spoon batter into an 8 x 4-inch loaf pan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes in pan on a wire rack; remove from pan. Cool completely on wire rack.</p>
<p>Note: To freeze bread for up to 1 month, place in an airtight container, or wrap in heavy-duty plastic wrap or foil. Thaw at room temperature.</p>
