Belly Dancing, offered by Megan Collier, is a beautiful way to exercise. It tones and strengthens all muscle groups and promotes self- confidence, poise and self- esteem. The basic structure of the class includes a warm-up, followed by learning five or six basic steps. The last 10 to 15 minutes include straight-up dancing! The structure of the class is progressive, so that each week builds on the last, but new people can always join in the fun and not feel lost.
